Our three core values aren't a tagline - they shape every decision, every session, and every report. Here's what they mean in practice.
We do what we say we'll do, clearly. Providers receive timely, comprehensive reports. Clients always know what we're working on. We measure progress with validated tools and share results honestly.
We listen before we prescribe. Every person has a story, fears, and hopes. We take time to understand them - not just their clinical presentation - and treat each with warmth and respect.
Our goal is never dependence. We work alongside clients to build capacity, confidence, and the skills and habits to keep moving well - long after our visits end.
A structured, evidence-based approach grounded in real-world functional outcomes - not just symptom management.
Every episode of care begins with a thorough in-home assessment - covering physical function, falls risk, home environment, and the client's goals. We don't use a one-size-fits-all template.
Goals are set collaboratively using a Goal Attainment Scaling approach - so progress is tracked against what matters to the client, not generic benchmarks.
We use standardised, evidence-based tools - including the Timed Up and Go and Berg Balance Scale - to track progress and demonstrate functional change over time.
Treatment plans are living documents. We review goals and progress regularly, adapting the approach as clients improve - or if circumstances change.
Allied health suppliers directly affect a coordinator's workload and their clients' experience. We've built our practice around making that relationship as easy as possible.
Referrals acknowledged same business day. Scheduling confirmed within one business day. Assessment reports delivered promptly after the visit.
Reports are structured for easy reading and care review - covering findings, outcome measures, goals, and recommendations.
We only recommend treatment that's clinically justified, and communicate honestly about prognosis, progress, and when a client no longer needs our services.
The best way to understand how we work is to work with us. Reach out to discuss a referral or ask a question.
