For clients & families

Mobile physiotherapy that comes to you

No waiting rooms, no travel. Our physiotherapists visit you at home, work around your routine, and focus on getting you back to what matters most.

Care that fits around your life

Home-based physiotherapy is more than convenient - it lets us see your real environment, understand the challenges you face, and set goals that matter for everyday life.

Treatment at home

We come to you - house, apartment, or residential care. No transport, no waiting rooms.

Your regular therapist

You'll see the same physiotherapist each visit - someone who knows your history, home, and goals.

Goals set by you

We start by listening. Your goals - the letterbox, the garden, whatever they are - guide everything we do.

Progress you can see

We track your progress with real outcome measures and celebrate every milestone, big and small.

Family included

We welcome family or carers to join sessions - understanding exercises and home safety together makes a real difference.

Funded through your package

Our services can be covered under your Home Care Package or Support at Home funding - we'll work with your coordinator.

The things that matter at home

Our work focuses on the real-world challenges older Australians face at home - and the goals that make independence worth having.

Feeling steadier on your feet

If you've had a fall, or worry about falling, we'll assess what's contributing and build a program to improve your balance and confidence. Read about our falls prevention program.

Getting stronger

Gentle, progressive strength work tailored to you - making daily tasks easier, reducing injury risk, and keeping you doing what you enjoy.

Recovering after surgery or hospital

Coming home after an operation or hospital stay can feel daunting. We provide intensive, hands-on rehabilitation to get you back on your feet safely and quickly.

Your personal goals

Whether it's getting back to a hobby, managing pain better, or feeling more confident moving around home - we'll build a plan around what matters to you.

"Every person we see has a story, a set of things they love doing, and a life they want to get back to. That's where we start - not with a diagnosis, but with a conversation."
